Hello! I'm Eva, a dedicated mother of two with a passion for cohosting and real estate investing. In my free time, I enjoy driving on the beach, cooking, and exploring new travel destinations. I received a bachelor's degree in communication studies from UNCW, where I focused on marketing and public relations. As a creative problem solver, I believe I can successfully increase your rental revenue, streamline operations, improve guest satisfaction and hopefully eliminate any stress on the owners.
